Terms of Use

Please feel free to use our photos on your website. We ask that you link to us and give clear credit for the photo.

For those who are purchasing higher resolution photos, the terms are below.

1. Sette Studio maintains all rights and reserves the right to revoke the use of the photo by the customer if used in an immoral or illegal way.

2. The customer does not have exclusivity, unless otherwise agreed apon.

3. The customer will give credit for the photo within the publication, preferably next to the photo.

4. The customer will not use the photo more than 10,000 times in any and all publications and uses.

5. The customer will not use the photo as a poster, print, card, or postcard unless for marketing purposes. (For example, you will not sell posters with the photo on it as wall decoration.)
